I love garlic scapes and made a huge batch of pesto two weekends ago with ones I got through my CSA. It's a favorite of mine, and this year I'm growing my own garlic, which means I'll have my own scapes soon. I've been watching and they're getting close.

I'm a huge fan of veggie stir fry. The Hubby and I make it often because you really can't go wrong. We usually put it on top a bed of brown rice or quinoa, and if we're really lucky, we make enough to have leftovers, which then becomes the base for a pizza. We top it with cheese and call it a day.

What an incredible round up! I don't even know where to begin, but I do know I'm equally excited to sink my teeth into some spring veggies and crispy greens. Now if only the weather would hurry up and cooperate.

I like s'mores but I like your camping stories even more. I still don't understand the fascination with sleeping outdoors. A good hike in nature is one thing, but so is your own bed and a hot shower when it's all said and done.
