Pesquisando online li sobre o truque detergente + esponja, que é tipo esse truque da pasta de dente só que com o tal do sabão. Minha mãe em casa há anos, enfim, é aquele truque das antigas. Mas essas esponjas são simplesmente tuuuuuudo na vida para paredes brancas! É muito mágico, literalmente! Dá para ver várias demonstrações via YT com "wall + eraser". <3 As minhas paredes aqui nem são 100% brancas, são quase, então se você olhar muito de pertinho vc pode ver a marca nelas - mas é tão discreto que, sinceramente, prefiro isso a ter manchas nas bichinhas. I've got specific trainers and they really made a difference. I think I became much stronger and resistant during the workouts (I was so lame in the first days haha!) I wonder if you don't feel even a little bit affected by the absence of trainers? I was surprised to see how they helped me. In Brazil, where I'm from, it's extremely dangerous to bike. It's sad, because many many people would love to give up their cars and transit to bike and exercise. One of my best girlfriends died yesterday (seriously) while riding, ran by a car on her way to a protest. Only 23 years old.
