"So, the game starts, and even with keeping reasonable expectations for the performance of a 5 year old playing soccer for the first time... this kid sucked at soccer." That's our kid, too. Like the ball is kryptonite and he can't get within a 20 foot radius of it. Just sort of hovers behind the main mob, waving, occasionally jogging a bit. Less aggressive than a slice of bread. Yeah, no more soccer.

Seriously, Leanne is the best. As a writer and humorist and person, she is someone I look to for guidance and examples of how things should be done.

And Knox, your term as mayor of Awesometown will be noted by historians as the peak of this fictionalized communiy's existence. You are the Harry Baals of your time, and, like the citizens of Fort Wayne, Indiana, the populace of Awesometown will one day decide in an online vote whether or not to name the town's waste treatment facility after you, and I'm betting they vote yes.

The laugh may be the best part of that.

We have friends whose house backs up to a golf course fairway, and at some point during their annual Halloween party there is a mass streaking. Everyone runs down to the green and touches the flag.
