Breathing, sometimes you don't think about other times that's all you think about.

I find that a 3 steps breath out, 2 steps breathe in works for me (so each out breath is on alternating steps). That also helps me not get a stitch.

Pole dancing is now becoming quite popular. I must say there are some very good pole dancers out there (that aren't slutty kwim).
Gosh I'd be hopeless at it, if i wanted to give it a try I would have to do it when I'm in Melb. But it's not on my list of things that I want to try.
But awesome with the new series, I look forward to it.

I adapt plans all the time. The plan I'm using at the moment is one that I wrote myself. It's a combination of a Runners World training plan, and a Boston Marathon plan I found online. It's working for me so I'm sticking with it.
As long as it's working for you go for it I say.
