Man, as far as that First Date Guy goes, there is A LOT of that going around, as I am sure you know. It is different when it happens to you, though! I am glad that you did not crack, because there are a lot fewer men willing to push beyond the first date to find out how interesting a beautiful woman such as yourself can really be!

And I am so glad that you found out about the natural endorphin release that is exercise. Not fitness and not diet, but working out. I told a friend that I would always stay in good shape, not out of vanity, but because exercise made me feel good. Since I have remained fit, for the most part, I get to say that I am mostly a happy camper!!

Take care and pick your way through the dating scene. It is always chippy waters when you sail those seas!!

I think Ray has a crush on you! Now my thoughts on the entry is that I would like to know even more about it. I am interested in meditation and I am trying to find a place on my budget that I can learn from... I may end up DIY but that still counts!!
