http://www.conservativehome.com/ : The civil service isn't neutral. It shouldn't be, it can't be.

Plenty, but that's not the point. Darroch's insights are simply a re-hash of the bubblehead journalism that the lumpen intelligentsia uses to assuage its anguish at Trump. My money is extracted to keep these self-important Mandarins in luxury for the rest of their lives in return for their stale prose. Ugh and double Ugh.

The scandal is just how trite, jejune and second-hand Darroch's insights are.

http://www.conservativehome.com/ : The Johnson hype is here. Don't fall for it.

Boris was a quite successful 2-term Mayor of London. That's an electoral and leadership qualification way in excess of any other contender. Case closed really.

Dear Theresa May, Michael Gove, Jeremy Hunt, Philip Hammond...."You have sat too long for any good you have been doing lately... Depart, I say; and let us have done with you. In the name of God, go!" Just go.

Boris is the only one who has won an election outside his own constituency. He won it twice and on Labour territory. He's against the EU, he's pro the US alliance, he studied Classics. What's not to like?
