I've been wanting to use oxtails for years but they are super expensive where we're at. Using them in mac and cheese makes it a total meal instead of a delicious side. I bet the lamb was delicious side.
That looks so good! I'm glad you have it during the summer -- I only see pumpkin in the fall and I like it any time of year. I've pinned the recipe.
I really like the use of the spicy Scotch Bonnet -- and I would love to try your souse. I don't think I've seen chicken feet locally, but then again I haven't been looking for them. The souse looks very tasty and I'd really like to try it.
What an interesting drink. I'm not a beer drinker although my Hubby used to be and my kids are. I'd love to try this out. I'm pinning to surprise my kids and see what they think.
What a great looking dish and you've got some delicious flavors going on there. I love a one-pan meal. All we would need is a salad along with that and we'd be happy campers.
Well, I believe it can be a copycat whether you've tasted it or not. You are getting the idea of it and adding your own touch. What the heck -- you could have said inspired by . . .My friend and I use to go to the Olive Garden several times a month. I would get the salad and breadsticks and she would ALWAYS get the Zuppa Toscana. But the real kicker is that she'd pick out her sausage and wouldn't eat it. :-( Have a great weekend.
What a fresh looking and sounding sauce! I can imagine how great it tastes with a touch of fruit in the salad. We have salad with our dinner meal -- this would make a nice switch to our vinaigrette.
Well, I think a dessert is a snack. That way you have enough room to eat it.Usually after a meal I don't want anything else and with a delicious sweet like this it would be a shame. I really like coconut and it's good for me too.
That is so great that your little is such an angel. I think new mamas have a tendency to worry so much the baby starts to worry too. Glad to hear your back in your pants, elastic or no elastic waistband :-) Have a great weekend.
Awwwwww! It brought a big smile to my face. He is a real cutie!! And what do medical people know when women have been bonding with their special little person for centuries. Looking forward to more pics. Congratulations!!
