Absolutely take what you can use. :) I hope you feel better FAST! Don't worry about the whole 25 days thing. This year we didn't start on the 1st. We've actually only done one thing so far (I was a bit "off" the start of the month), but I intend to make the next couple of weeks memorable.

aww thanks Lori. :) I LOVE doing these things with the kids. I want them to grow up with amazing memories of all the fun things we did.

Tracy, I'm so sorry that you had to go through such a loss as well. It's not the length of the gestation or how long you knew - you were attached to the baby as soon as you found out. Already forming dreams, hopes and plans - it's devastating. Not very many people in my real life knew about it, so I really do feel alone in dealing with this a lot. Unless someone has experienced it they really don't understand, they try but they don't. (((hugs)))

Don't diet. Get rid of the scale. It's all external or ends up being a negative motivation. You don't want to lose weight. The weight, the food, has served a purpose. Without exploring that purpose and finding a way to make self-honoring choices instead the weight will come back or...
If you can I highly recommend getting the Weight Release a Liberating Journey book. It really makes sense and when you apply the practices and knowledge the weight just releases - no dieting, starving, ect..

Thank you for sharing yourself with me. It's comforting to know that while we are all different, we all have some sameness too. ((hugs))

Thanks for the share Micki! And I thought the poem was great. I might print it out and hang it somewhere to remind myself that I can choose to be happy. It's all in my hands.

Amy that's an awesome habit to have. I don't get many magazines. I remember growing up though, we had a lot of magazines - they would pile up for awhile. :) Mail (paper) can be my issue though. Flyers - I've been known to have the sale flyers from 4 wks ago lol. I will try to take after you and purge the paper clutter weekly.
