If a kids join a sport team for the first time,and discover that he hated the sport,and just really suck at it. than I think it's o.k to quit. However, if the sport is something that you know your kids love,and have fun at it, I think it's important to find out why the kid wants to quit. Is there a problem with his coach,teamates, or is he being pressure /bully. Than together you can figure out the best option.
