He had a very rare opportunity to make far reaching, fundamental changes in Mexico&#039;s economy and politics; yet he squandered his political capital on petty endeavors, bad decisions and frivolous beaviour. He did a few things right, among them fostering entrepreneurship through the Partnership for Prosperity initiative with the US, a step in the right direction with mixed results.
