Brian, could you please include enough beds for more people than previous houses? I have 5 children and there is rarely any HGTV homes that I would not have to put an addition on (you know, if I ever won). My husband used to live in Florida as a kid and he said they were forever having family and friends come visit. I just think in an awesome spot like this, the more it can sleep the better. (Maybe a kids' cottage as an outbuilding? or a kind of garconniere?)
