as someone who used to work in hr, these laws aren't really new to me.

"discriminating" against someone who has bad credit isn't always a bad thing--especially if they have no explanation. not that someone's credit is the only thing that determines their character, how someone handles their financial obligations may contribute to the overall picture.

people who mismanage their own funds can potentially lead to the mismanagement of company funds. if someone isn't in much debt, there is less of a risk that they will run off with some of the company monies--just generally speaking.

i do think that discrimination is wrong on all accounts however i do understand companies wanting to CYA

secondly, i agree. i think the feminist point of view is great, wonderful, blah blah blah and a smidge unrealistic. i'm a womanist. i don't desire to be a man so i surely don't want to be an equal to him. there are so many things that we can do that they can't and that they can do that we can't. it's called balance.

but i think every now and again we need to be told to STFU... possibly in a less aggressive manner for the sensitive people but i tell myself that everyday! there's nothing wrong with a little silence, listening some more, and giving your man some great head. LMAO!
