that sounds about right. I let it go too long in between times. Liquid gets digested faster so you have to have it more often, I think. :) If you're getting too low, you'll get easily angered, easily irritated, you can feel lightheaded or dizzy, and in worse case scenarios, (as in, if you have diabetic tendencies) you can crash.
