Listverse : 15 Science Factlets You Don't Know

For these factlet lists, it would be awesome to see where you found these facts. I'm not saying I don't believe you Jamie, it's just hard to blindly accept these things as fact, haha.

You're absolutely right about this. Also, calorie absorption begins as soon as food enters your esophagus. The calories that are already absorbed cannot be purged. Purging will only remove about 50% of the calories consumed.

Actually, for number 7 it is a coal train, so nobody will die if you derail it. Yay! I agree with most of these.

Listverse : 10 Movies Stuck in Development Hell

Last I heard, Michael Cera was the only actor on the fence about making the movie, but he eventually agreed. I also heard from Bateman in the same interview that the script was in the process of being drawn up. Sadly, I have a feeling it won't ever see the light of day. Still hoping!

Listverse : Top 10 Screen Adaptations That Should Be Made

Actually it is based on a sensation that the artist, Edvard Munch, had himself. Munch, in his diary, described his inspiration for the image as follows: "I was walking along a path with two friends — the sun was setting — suddenly the sky turned blood red — I paused, feeling exhausted, and leaned on the fence — there was blood and tongues of fire above the blue-black fjord and the city — my friends walked on, and I stood there trembling with anxiety — and I sensed an infinite scream passing through nature."

As much as I liked Deadwood, Ian McShane was what made that show. He was to Deadwood as Jeremy Piven is to Entourage. Without him, I don't think the show would have been very good at all. But I agree, it would be nice to wrap that TV show up with a movie. If any TV series deserves a movie to give it some closure, it is Arrested Development.

There are lots of birds that could make it on this list. I've always found toucan's colors to be awesome. Also, google images for the Rainbow Lorikeet and Golden Pheasant. Beatiful! There are also tons of tropical fish that are amazingly colorful.

As if this list wasn't subjective enough, the author adds three "best songs" for each group. Out of the 95% of people that won't agree with this list, the remaining 5% will probably disagree with these being the best songs.

Agreed. The iPhone wasn't the first smart-phone and there are certainly other smart-phones that easily rival the iPhone. Japan is far ahead of America in cellphone innovation and have tons of phones that surpass the iPhone in many aspects. Same goes for portable mp3 players.
