I agree with what Marilyn said about the letting go in the last two lines. Also, I'm struck by the seven-syllable first line -- all the "weight" at the beginning, and the breakable dishes beneath. The dishes passively drying, not being flung across the kitchen in anger (if it's couples therapy that's being alluded to) -- wow, an entire domestic story condensed into these little lines. Beautiful poem.
