I noticed when I lost lots of weight my feet shrank from a size 8 to a 5 and a half! On another note, it gives us much more choice on pretty shoes :D

Looking forward to the Burgen bread review! I thought the same about the Alpro Almond milk, well chuffed it's not too sweet.

Good luck on your new business venture Laura! Quick question, what does sauerkraut taste like?? I'd love to try it but I don't want to buy a massive jar of it and not like it!

http://www.keepinghealthygettingstylish.com/ : Full Fat

I adore full fat coconut milk! I get Pride (blue tin) in Tesco's or Sainsburys and really stock up. It's so much cheaper than coconut milk sold in the Thai section and it sets in the fridge to go like full fat cream. So delicious!! I have it everyday in my porridge :D

http://www.keepinghealthygettingstylish.com/ : Monday musings– where I am now, weight maintenance and a bit of a rant

I'm so glad you've said this. I feel constant pressure to eat a varied diet when I'm very much a creature of habit and pretty much eat the same thing everyday! I also get pressure to eat junk when I'm with friends and it really pisses me off when I feel bullied into eating something I know makes me feel rubbish. I've always wondered if my eating habits were abnormal but I don't care, they're normal for ME and keep my mind settled with the issues I have over food. Good on you Laura, do what's right for you!

You'll love London! It's very similar to NYC I hear as it's so busy. The Tube is pretty easy to pick up and watch out for people being in a rush! I got a massive culture shock since I live in the North East of England, we're pretty laid back and amble about everywhere up here, but everyone in London has some mad dash to get somewhere. Be careful on Oxford Street it's notoroious for pickpockets since it's very touristy!

Sweet Tooth Runner : Exciting times #4

Best tip I'd say is to have all of your workout stuff set in front of you including underwear! Have your bag packed the night before, baby wipe your face quick brush of the teeth then hot foot it out the door! I really need to try Averies Microwave banana oatcake, yours looks so lush topped with nut butter yum!

I do the same on every meal I eat lol I need to get in on this fruit in salads action, we don't really do that here in the UK! Fave salad ingredient fo' me has got to be raw brocc. I love it better than cooked :D
