I love this post -- and wish I'd known about Nerdvember at the beginning of the month. Maybe I'll have to try Nerdcember instead. When I saw the word "cross-training," my fear was that I was supposed to exercise (aside from my Zumba adventure, below). CREATIVE. Ah. One of these days I'm going to learn to crochet, and I'm going to make Sackboys and Sackgirls. I'll fill my house with them.
