Great idea leaving your phone in the kitchen overnight. I fell into a similar trap, my phone was the first thing I was reaching for each morning before getting out of bed. Now I turn it off overnight, and only turn it back on once I have gotten up and had my first coffee of the day!! Sending you a big hug xx

I love sleep, I need sleep and just wish I could have more of it! I am also intrigued by the science of sleep, it was one of my favourite study areas when at university. I often remember my wild dreams, probably because me sleep is so broken. Thank you for sharing x

Beautiful pictures. I can relate to the benefits of exercise when struggling with PND. Our morning walks were my saviour, I felt if I was able to make it out of the house to exercise, then everything else wasn't as hard.
