So much goodness here! My two favorites are the step back and the gratitude list. Sometimes I've even found it to be helpful to step back and make a gratitude list at the same time to make sure my heart is in the right place for hard conversations! Thanks for this encouragement :)

I have totally found this to be true! I have a whole bunch of ideas for posts and such, but try to only work on them when inspiration actually comes, even if that means a few days without a post or project. I've yet to be planned more than a week in advance because when I've tried to schedule it all it just feels forced. You're not alone, sister!
