I love this post - I'm leaving my full-time nanny job soon (still have a part-time one) and am seriously considering going to college and doing a nail course. I'm not sure if I'm interested in actually doing it to earn money but love doing nails so it seems like a natural progression and something fun! I'd love to see nail care for damaged nails AND nubbin nail art - I might have to go back to nubbins soon! Hope you're back to full strength ASAP! X

Honestly burst out crying at this post - a lovely but heart breaking story. I had to take my baby cat (well, she wasn't such a baby anymore at 7 years old) to the vets on Friday to be put to sleep, so I really do feel your pain at the moment. Don't feel bad about taking a break from posting, all us readers will definitely understand! x
It's always so hard to get a good shot of a mani with fine details when you have a glossy top coat on! I sympathise haha! This looks amazing though, glossy or matte! Although you do lose the grass and the couple a bit, as you said, I think it adds to the effect that it's really dark out hence them seeing the stars! Love this manicure :)
