Really nice honest review! When things are too predictable and characters do very questionable things.. I'd tend to have a sour experience myself. :(

I feel like everyone who had huge expectations for Dark Matter ended up being a bit disappointed in the end hahah So glad you got to read 1984 though. One of my favourite classics of all time. Hope your Summer kicked off properly. ;) Happy reading!
