Google Android Blog : Dasur's gesture-based keyboard SlideIT gets bug fixes and support for more languages

Yes, I personally think SlideIT is better than Swype. It's not as visually appealing, but that will probably change once it gets theme support.

I don't think they're creepy - I think the Xperia Play ads are interesting and different :)

Google Android Blog : SnaPanda by Edulang: a dictionary app with a twist

Thanks for the update! The SnaPanda user guide on your website mentions the MultiWord mode - that's why I thought it still was a part of the app. Cheers

I've tried SwipePad and I know that many people love it, but I think it's a bit too impractical. What makes it better than Clutch, in your opinion?

Google Android Blog : The new web-based Android Market is now live

I still get the same log-in error. Haven't made up my mind regarding the new look yet, but at least it's better than the old design. Perhaps we need an updated version of the Market on our phones before we can push apps to them? Or maybe it'll just take a few hours before Google gets the new Market website up and running properly.

Yes, my bad. I'm so used to writing "Android 2.3" from all the Gingerbread news. I realized my mistake just as I pressed the Publish button - I hit Esc, but it was apparently too late since our Twitter app sent out a tweet anyway.
