YES, of course I'm impressed! XD So now I'm kind of getting anxious over the fact that I'll be having to communicate to the wonderful authors who've made many of my days. NOT that I'm antisocial or anything, hah. I totally get what you're saying! I will probably be the same, I won't be surprised if I just smile and giggle and nod my head the whole time while someone's signing my book. I hope that you'll get to stand through short lines, grab hundreds of ARCs (who knows?!), NOT get mistaken for a 16 year old, and have the BEST time ever! (Hope to see you there as well!) :DD

YES JESS! YOU GO, GIRL! Huh, I solemnly agree with you! I feel that there aren't many others out there who can actually understand this, but book bloggers especially know this. We're constantly put down for our opinions, and it's our free speech. OUR WORDS. Words matter, yes, but others don't seem to get that everyone uses their words differently and make different choices. Sometimes my reviews get really hated on just because my opinion is different than someone else's, someone who probably doesn't have much knowledge whatsoever, or knowledge that have to do with review-writing and books. It obviously doesn't put me down because I don't let it (no biggie anyways) but it has a huge effect on the online community. And then there are the people who exist in our daily lives (where we actually have to see them everyday) and they put us down because we think differently than them. Some of us may have tons of more intelligence and brain juice, and we're constantly put down because of our politeness and opinions? I constantly think about this, and I wonder what's happening to our world, haha. I feel that as technology improves and the evolution of taking things seriously gets abandoned, people kind of lose their humanity as well and no one's afraid to say anything to anyone because it's ONLINE. It still hurts, it still keeps us from stating what we think, so doesn't it make an impact? WOOPS sorry for my long response, I JUST LOVE THIS TOPIC AND YOU'VE DONE IT PERFECTLY. <33 (I could go on forever, really.)

I'm so glad to hear that you enjoyed this one! I STILL HAVE TO READ IT AND SNAG A COPY. I'll... eventually get to that. *laughs* But hearing all of the positive comments and reviews is convincing me a thousand times more! YES I am not a fan of love triangles, either! I just read Lailah by Nikki Kelly and it seemed that the whole novel revolved around the two love interests... NO. I wish that everything can stick with one! I'm not a huge fan of major fantasy that's 100% info-dumped and full of all the terms, so this contemporary meets fantasy twist seems just for me! Lovely review!

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy this one! I've mostly heard negative reviews on it, and I can totally see why. Boredom is something that ALWAYS gets to my enjoyment of novels, and I will probably either force myself to read this (because of Netgalley's bossiness haha) or avoid it as much as possible. Great review, and thanks for sharing!

JESS I WILL SELL MY SOUL TO READ THIS BOOK TONIGHT AFTER READING YOUR REVIEW. But I sadly can't since I'm onto a contemporary. Anywaysssss—YES. I'm so glad that you devoured this one! There's so much hype surrounding it (and especially since news for the sequel is released!) and I find that as I continue to read more and more positive reviews, I'm more intimidated to go out and grab it from my bookshelf. Yep, I'm eyeing it right now with tears in my eyes, knowing that it's RIGHT THERE. I feel that authors take a looong time to finally realize that their secondary characters are crazily IMPORTANT too, and it seems that Tahir has done it, alongside the many others bright positive streaks in her writing. Finally we have a dystopian that's not focused on the romance! #WeNeedNormalBooks Haha, thanks for your lovely review! :)

I'm so glad that you really enjoyed this series, darlin'! I mean, I have the first one and it's been literally sitting on my shelves since last Christmas when it gave me its heart. Thankfully, I haven't gave it away yet. (Gosh, I'm cheesy yo. *peace sign*) But now that the trilogy is completed, I am so glad that I am able to binge read them all if I enjoy! Eeee gorgeous romance? YASSSS! Great review—I'm so intrigued!

VA was absolutely fabulous and ADRIAN AND DIMITRI! *sighs* I'm a total fangirl when it comes to that series—is it crazy I want a sequel film?! And Wuthering Heights is a definite add to my TBR! Awesome picks, Jess! xx
