If you don't mind putting non-cosmetically approved products on your nails, apparently water-base clear varnish by "J W Etc" works well.

I bought so many Insta-Dris for their supposed stamping abilities, but I haven't really ever tried them out. Your lovely manicure has made me realise what I am missing out on!

I can never quite stay within the lines, but I really like the look it gives. I think it shows they are painted, rather than being water decals or nail wraps.
