I love this! Sansa is such a great character. She's not always been my favorite, but she's been SO GREAT to watch as she grows and develops. I can't wait to see where next season takes her!

I love that someone is talking about exercising for self-love, not fat shaming. Finding that balance has been particularly hard for me, and is one I still struggle with. I really try to make sure I'm exercising to be good to myself, not because I'm trying to punish myself. It's a great conversation to be having on a wider scale!

This is such a great post. It's so awesome that you were brave enough to share your story. I'm so encouraged by how many people are being willing to open up about their struggles with depression, anxiety, and other mental illnesses. It's definitely okay to ask for help, and I'm so glad more people are saying so!
