I feel your pain. I have no less than 4 versions of my website - none of which are the one you see when you go to my homepage (which is hideous btw & in no way representative of what I am capable of. ug.). And I struggle with that sieve too...designing & helping other small businesses with branding decisions is what I love to do & feel good at it. For myself?? I am the toughest client I've ever had.
Congrats on the new studio! Are we talking about pizza dough from scratch here? There are some great frozen varieties. Take it out of the freezer, put it in a bowl with olive oil on it, cover it with a towel. When you come home, you're ready to go - roll, bake, done. This transition will just take some time to get used to & maybe a little more planning. It's exciting though!
