I can't believe I didn't put To Kill a Mockingbird on my list. It completely slipped my mind, and I was talking about it with my family over the weekend. I also loved The Giver. It was an all time favorite of mine as a pre-teen. I remember reading ahead when we had to read for class.

Seriously loved this book! Awesome review. It was such a hard read, but so worth it. The hubby was even asking me what was happening while I was reading.
