33 Days.That is a mammoth effort! I often toy with the idea of giving up wine, just from Monday through to Friday, but I always weaken by about Thursday. Keep going - you can do it! I actually rather like apples by the way.

Oh no!!! I don't think I could ever give up wine completely. I have done Octsober once and that was hell! I'm fairly moderate with my wine drinking and mix it with soda water so I think I'm fine. Good for you though, particularly since you're noticing an improvement in your health.

Funny about the curry. I just cooked chicken curry tonight for dinner so I hope I don't suffer tomorrow! I would say you were ripped off at that petting zoo. It sounds like you've got enough animals at home to start up your own and you could do very nicely charging $30 a head admission.

I think I drove along that very road on our way back from our caravan trip the other day and yes there were lots of flood crossings. The strategy that works for me the best is "If you do this tiny thing for me I'll make it worth your while"!!! He, he! It's total blackmail I know!
