MY expectation is that this is a game that I can, and will, play in whatever way is the most enjoyable for me. This means I won't necessarily get valor-capped each week, nor will I particularly care if I don't. As long as I am living up to my own guild's expectations for preparedness, I have NO obligation whatsoever to meet the more demanding standards that people who are raiding in more competitive, "bleeding edge" type environments might expect of themselves and their fellows.
