I would even stick with the point about the surgery thing, because, honestly, even if it was meant exclusively for Weyland (which seems quite obviously the point), if it's not a machine specialized in prostate exams or testicles and penises, there is really not much of a reason why it shouldn't be able to operate on women, too. I would say that it probably has room enough on its harddrive for two settings, even. (Also, it's a magical operating machine that can do everything on its own, except for anasthesia? WTF?) I came out of the film and ranted for half an hour straight about it. Gah.
