To me, it's a combination of looks (which can be subjective), confidence, vocal presentation, and a certain je ne sais quoi (also subjective) that makes that person stand out to others. Example. I think Adrien Brody is sexy ass sexy even though he looks like an afghan hound...but the nose, voice, style and that something about him that I can't put my finger on makes him sexy to me.

Also, Gina Torres is the epitome of sexy because she's Latina and her name is Gina. *drops mic and walks out* ;)
