Saw your comment in the NYT piece. Just been learning about the A1/A2 thing lately - I have been completely off dairy - not just lactose intolerant but allergic - and then was surprised to find I could eat goat and sheep products (from local farms here in PA). I was wondering whether I'd be able to manage raw milk from Jersey cows, but from your info, it looks like it might be risky for me, as there's still some A1 in there.
It's tough for people to think out of the box, but I think we have to question everything with regard to food. I work with kids with autism, and nobody can tell me there aren't more, or that we've overdiagnosing. There's gotta be some reason for that - and our genetics haven't suddenly changed in the last 20 years.
