If what Dan Savage did is now considered "bullying" then we have watered down what it means to bully someone to the point of uselessness. He did not single out individual people, and violently attack them verbally or physically. All he did was say that certain things in the bible are bullsh*t. Bullying would be to confront one of them individually, time and time again, and telling them they are worthless people. I'm sorry, but disagreement, even if it is couched in "vulgar" language, is not bullying.
