radish, turnip and carrot greens (and a bit of cilantro). Because what else was I going to do with them?

though I wanted to say I just made, what will hopefully become in a few days, pickles. I brined a bunch of greens and this will be the first time I've tried letting pickles ferment instead of just chucking some vinegar at the problem.
Can't remember when/who tipped me off to dutch-oven-in-the-oven but yeah that's the best (especially when you live a mile above sea level and don't own a pressure cooker)
