I would miss this place terribly, even as awful as I am at being a part of it.

though I wanted to say I just made, what will hopefully become in a few days, pickles. I brined a bunch of greens and this will be the first time I've tried letting pickles ferment instead of just chucking some vinegar at the problem.

Not really. Just a lot of basic ol' bean soups when it's cold and various tex/new-mex all the time.

My goal this year is to get enough to make Weird Falafel and have something green to look at in the interim.
