I'd spend the holidays with Akiva from Daughter of Smoke and Bone (sorry Karou :P)! We'd rent a rustic yet fancy chalet in a ski resort somewhere in the Swiss Alps and do all kinds of activities during the day, and then by night we could just get cosy, not a lot of blankets needed because Akiva is the embodiment of hotness. ;D
