I love our library too. I love being able to go online and order books from all across Ohio and they deliver them right here into my little village of less than 1000 people. What a wonderful resource it is. Great list!

wow I sure do empathize with your story and your honesty. We need to talk about depression in openness and supportive ways. Yes I too struggled with depression most of my adult life - I think much related to hormonal changes and now a little past "the change' my moods and ups and downs have dramatically settled. But I learned a lot about myself through these times and feel stronger because of them. Good thoughts!

LIke Michelle I knew for a long time this is one practice i was neglecting but only recently like the last three months have I been honoring the Sabbath. I find it very difficult to take myself off the to do mode and switch to being. To be honest the computer and smartphone are my most difficult habits to let go off. It has gotten better and I almost can honestly say, now I am enjoying Sabbath, even looking forward to it. slow but steady progress. Keep us posted on how you do and what you learn!
