And in terms of adding tabs, it's typically much ado about nothing. The VAST majority of interactions between companies and fans occur within the news feed, not on tabs. Think about your own use of Facebook. How often do you "like" a page, and then go back to it and click around on the tabs? Very rarely. The only reason to spend a lot of effort on custom tabs is to build a landing tab to garner initial "likes". Otherwise, unless you are methodically using your wall posts to drive traffic to your tabs, it's much ado about nothing.

I'm seriously delighted to be on this list, since nobody loves Twitter like marketers love Twitter!
