And, depending on the buyer demographic, might be the only way. If an agent is not skilled and comfortable with this, sellers are loosing many potential buyers. In some areas, old marketing such as print, doesn't even work at all and is done to placate the seller. Not a wise use of marketing dollars for the seller or the agent.
