Good golly, these are perfect! And gorgeous! They look crispy and light without the too-heavy, too-sweet sugary glaze one often finds on traditional kouign amann. I definitely must find the time to make these - I never have!

I love homemade ice cream and te caramelly flavor with the chocolate shavings is the best! Really perfect ice cream and simple to put together. I have bookmarked this!

What a gorgeous dish! I make a chicken roulade with duxelles and love it but wow I love the lamb! You make something that I consider so fancy seem so easy to make. And I'll bet that port sauce is out of the world. I may even try this!

This look amazing!!! I have to look for the Asian ingredients but oh I am so making this! I love discovering fabulous oven-baked chicken recipes on friends' blogs (really, I am not making this up) because I love fried food but just don't fry. I love the Asian flavors and the orange - I am nuts for citrus-flavored chicken! Gorgeous and bookmarked!
