If we do the mundane tasks of life alone, it's boring and more me-centered. But if we do them with other people, we get involved in their lives and do those tasks while inviting others along (eating, speaking engagements, etc) we are involved not only in what they are interested in, but we get a glimpse into their lives just as they see into ours. It makes us super transparent, which hurts sometimes... but is needed.
