<title>TechCrunch : How Facebook And Twitter Are Changing Business Models, Shaping Brand Identity [Video]</title>
<link>http://techcrunch.com/2010/05/13/how-facebook-and-twitter-are-changing-business-models-shaping-brand-identity-video/#IDComment75927881</link>
<description>Great points. I just went to Lithium&amp;#039;s conference on Community Management and Social CRM and there&amp;#039;s quite a bit of insight overlap. The need for employees to be taught SCRM and to represent the company by blogging and engaging in other social and professional networks is pretty clear. This is something my company, InsideView has prioritized. You can check out my take on the Lithium conference on my company&amp;#039;s blog ;):&lt;a href=&quot;http://insideviewblog.wordpress.com/2010/05/16/on-lithium/&quot; target=&quot;_blank&quot;&gt;http://insideviewblog.wordpress.com/2010/05/16/on...&lt;/a&gt; </description>
