connect your iphone to pc/mac
select the option -> just boot tethered right now
it will boot in normal mode

download the official firmware of your current running iOS
run redsn0w in windows xp compatibility mode (if your on windows 7 )
point redsn0w to the original firmware -> next use the options Install cydia & iPad basebands
Click next it will ask to you perform the steps to enter into DFU mode
and when your done open cydia and install ultrasn0w
voila your done!
