use redsn0w to update your baseband to 06.15 .
download the official firmware of your current running iOS
run redsn0w in windows xp compatibility mode (if your on windows 7 )
point redsn0w to the original firmware -> next use the options Install cydia & iPad basebands
Click next it will ask to you perform the steps to enter into DFU mode
and when your done open cydia and install ultrasn0w

voila your done!
