I also give our troops credit for being smart. I spoke with many that were highly supportive of the cause they were fighting for in Iraq. Claims of we support our troops but not the war, diminish those that believed in the fight. These alleged "peace" groups should shame you. Though they have free speech, they also bear the responsibility to use it reasonably. It's not reasonable or supportive to protest outside military hospitals where our soldiers are recovering. They are simply trying to grab media attention at the expense of our soldiers. Under the premise that what these group do outside hospital is "okay"; I must surmise that you think that the actions of the West Topeka Baptist church are "okay" and simply free speech. There is a place for protest, but it most certainly is not outside military hospitals or a soldier's funeral ceremony.
