I've been scouring your blog and love all of your suggestions for things that you write your kids about. I love that you include little "happies" with some of your letters too. I always loved getting things inside letters/cards from my grandparents when I was a kid.

Do you have suggestions for things to send older children? Bob is 22 and will be graduating in about 6 months and Gloria will be 13 next month. I used to send them happies all the time but now I'm at a loss as to what to include b/c I don't want them to think it's too childish.

I had to think about this one. :) My favorites (I had to pick two) were My Stubborn Heart by Becky Wade and Wish You Were Here by Beth K Vogt. Best cover goes to The Accidental Bride by Denise Hunter, and the biggest surprise was Cottage by the Sea by Robin Jones Gunn. I knew I would like it, but I was worried it was going to be too serious (which it was), but I ended up just loving it! Nearly read it in one sitting.
