Well, I am from Brittany too ( as you know) and I have seen plenty of men ( and women) getting toasted on Muscadet and "Bordeaux reserve", the only food near by being a plate of stale peanuts. They didn't look too sophisticated :) Joke aside, it is true that these little clichés are quite amusing, and if you want to know more about wine or need to ask for advice, do not hesitate to contact me, I'll be happy to help :) Kenavo!

Lovely post! I eat Buckwheat crepes at least twice a week; a quick version, but the flour is not as rich and dark as the flour we get in Brittany. Your recipe looks good!

Hi... Pretty much the same as you; for me, living in Ireland gave me a chance to experience my own Breton culture and identity, oblitarated by decades of very bad French decisions. It also gave me a chance to meet and work with people from all over this planet, a wonderful window towards tolerence for the poor traveler I am. Nicely put, great post!

Since we've opened our Online Shop, I had to deal with the ugly side of retail. I hate it! the only thing that keeps me going is the funny stories like these. And Christmas, forget it, humanity at its worst!
