Honestly this should never have happened. Allegiant should have only been one movie to begin with. I had a lot of issues with the Insurgent movie and haven't even bothered to watch Allegiant because it looked nothing like the book. They should just stop and not try to make a TV movie. Without the original actors would be pointless.

I haven't picked this up but I'm a sucker for worldbuilding and writing style so maybe I need to give it a shot. Great review!

Glad you came back to blogging! I've got Summer of Sloane on hold at the library and I'm looking forward to that one. I tend to pick up more contemporaries during this season. The warm weather and sun just highlights those books.

Have you read Stormdancer yet? I loved the first two but I'm terrified to read the third for fear of all that could happen in it.

Ooh I kept hearing mentions of Splintered but had no idea it was an Alice in Wonderland retelling. Definitely need to check it out now!

Yay! I love everything I've read of Neil Gaiman's work and I'm slowly trying to get through all of his books. Neverwhere is definitely my favorite of his so far. The way he writes is just so ethereal with both light and dark aspects that all twist so well together. Amazing stuff! Thanks for the review!

I had seen a few reviews for Dreamology before but yours definitely takes the cake for making me most excited to read this book. Great characters really make or break a story and now I just want to dive right in! Thanks!

Look at all those amazing books! I hope you get to read Six of Crows soon. It was my favorite book of 2015! I'm looking forward to reading Vicious. It's waiting on my shelf to be read!

Playlists for books are the best!!!! Six of Crows was my favorite book of last year and I think theses songs are a great selection. Fierce Reads has an excellent Spotify playlist for the book if anyone's looking for more songs that reflect Leigh's writing.
