I wonder, how will this affect the homeless dope smokers who buy weed from dispensaries, then resell it to underage kids?

It's happening along Boulder Creek Path every day Boulder High is in session, and probably elsewhere, too.

I stopped going to Bridge House in early 2009.

Yes, I do shower in the morning and maintain a small locker at Boulder Shelter for the Homeless, just as I continue to donate to that organization, well beyond the value of what I consume from them.

Why is my lifestyle choice any of your business, Bleeth? I'm not using any taxpayer-funded social services whatsoever -- and ALL of those folks who support me are doing so FREELY, not being compelled to do so by government.

It's not for me to say that you need to improve your own life, especially when it comes to your prejudice and (to be polite) your lack of knowledge about me.

I challenge Isabel McDevitt to show us a single successful "graduate" of the taxpayer-subsidized Ready to Work program; I could show you a hundred who are now back on the streets drinking and drugging and using all of Boulder, CO's resources for the homeless, public and private, to no good purpose.

Jerry Wayne Dawson's address given on the Boulder County Jail listing is that of Boulder Shelter for the Homeless, 4869 N. Broadway.

How strange that this article doesn't mention Dawson's transient status, or maybe not so strange . . . Certainly, the do-gooders here in Boulder's shelter/services industry are well acquainted with Mr. Dawson, and many others like him.
