What a crazy busy month you had! You did a lot! I often times get behind in my Bible reading. So for some accountability I post my progress each week in my Simple Women's Daybook on my homestead blog. It helps some... ;)
Every time I visit you my To Be Read list get a lot longer! I just love Sweet and Viola together. They are amazing! I have read Mitch Albom's The Five People You Meet In Heaven and really enjoyed it. I am for sure adding A Year of Biblical Womanhood! Thanks for all the wonderful titles!
Your list is very BIG... I need to add some of these to my "spiritual list". I am trying to keep a balance in my reading. Some times I have too many secular books and begin to feel "seperated" and need to learn something of a spiritual aspect. Then I get so many "spiritual" books and I begin to feel like my head is being overloaded with information. 1 or 2 each month along with 1 or 2 seculars plus Bible reading. I am adding almost all of these to my list! Thank you for bringing these to my attention...
Wow! You have a lot "deep" challenging books on your stand. I am going through a fiction phase right now. no non-fiction at all. several of these I would like to add to my TBR list. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on them!
This post made me tear up! Graduations are bitter sweet for me. Finally we made it through and Oh NO! my baby is a grown woman! She is off to college!... We now have another who will be a sophmore this coming fall. I am trying to cherish the time with her instead of rushing her through the last four years of what is a wonderful part of her life. Thank you for these "points".
God Bless!
As always a great list of books! I've added Selection from one Thousand Gifts to my stack already now I am finding many more that I think I would enjoy. Each blog I've visited this morning has added a couple more! Oh what to do!
I love Jim Cymbala! I will have to look for this one! Thanks for sharing this great list! I know where to go when I need a good read.
Gotta know about the Hunger Games... My 15 year old daughter is wanting to see the movie...not so sure yet. Got to do some research. I guess I am dragging my feet because I heard the are making a "reality show" out of it...
You are the 2nd blog that has Lit! on your list! I am very curious! Looking forward to reading your review on it. Jesus+Nothing=Everything...that is one I will have to get my hands on! Hope you have a good March! and a successful Lent...that is a hard one for me.
