I previously offered this to few customers. They are all interested in building this sort of link wheels, however most of the things you are able to buy in marketing forums is just plain crap. What I always did is to set up properties and add around 4-5 articles out of which only one article links to the own site. The other articles contain links to other relevant sites which are no competition. That way you are able to build a natural link wheel. The data is then submitted to a serverside .php script that cURLs into your AdSense account and fetches the .csv files. We do not store your log in data at all. As your AdSense account is your Google account this shows up in Gmail. The IP shown there is the address of our server :). Nothing to worry about.
