Omg! That looks beautiful and amazing! What an ambitious and delicious looking tart. I agree, sometimes deliciousness is the most important thing of all. I too had a thing for pistachios. I used to grind them up and make this pistachio encrusted salmon recipe I got from my mom. I was obsessed with it.

It doesn't have any preservatives so it won't last as long as bottled version. But I would say that it would last as long as the yogurt container's expiration date.
